At 13.5v and 8.2 amps that is only 110 watts of power. That means you have less then 1 amp at 120v. Not trying to be down on your system, Just seem like a lot of work and money for so little.

what was the total cost of your system? Do you run a computer on the same system?

hey bud, i like your system......160w gives you about 9 amps on a nice summer day.....good radiation... love your system.. i invested in a c60 xantrex, lets see how that works

I like your system. Nice and simple, looks easy to recreate. My question is, why not plug your solar energy system into your house circuitry so you don't have an extension cord to your kitchen and living room? Just throw the circuit breaker to the electric grid for when you don't want to use the electrical grid, and disconnect your solar power when you use the electrical grid.

Hi Dave, Nice little system. Recently I posted a video of my home wind/solar hybrid project, go have a look if you are interested in home solar energy. Lots of video of my install of rooftop wind turbines and solar panels at my house. Favorite my videos or Subscribe to my channel if you like. Thanks
