I am 16 years old, I am 1,68 cm (5.5 ft) and I weight 54 k. (119 lb.) If I eat more... will I grow more?Do I need to eat more and do more excersie?

I agree with clickmeee. You have to eat ALOTTT to get big. And you're probably just getting more tone, and strength, which isnt necessarily bad. Honestly im 16 and get the same thing.

your like my friend he went to the gym with me for like a year and he didnt get big only strong .... it could be your diet you need to eat alot to gain muscle and fat

i am 17 and i work out like crazy and my arms dont get bigger but i get stronger is that why because of the thing youre talking about?

Im not an expert but I think I could help you out some. Naturally a 13 year old has less testosterone (which is needed to build muscle) than a full grown man. So it will be harder, and you won't become some muscle monster like you see at the body building competitions. no offence, its just im possible. When I was your age it was really hard to build muscle, but still keep up with exercise. Youll still look better and be ready for when you're older |
