How do I go about rating a video?

@Rotang16 they eat "real" food. Not processed. no or little junk food. Processed "diet" food is junk food.

If I have to eat b'fast on the go, I will bring with me a hard boiled egg. A banana or apple. handful of almonds and walnuts. Green tea in a flask to go.And a slice of whole grain cranberry/raisin bread.

For my breakfast, I enjoy eating my dinner leftovers. Always with a protein and always served hot. Green tea everyday. Not a big OJ drinker for b'fast. Dinner could hv been lamb chops, curry chicken, pizza. Anything that I can eat at dinner, I can also have for breakfast. I dislike very much eating cold boxed cereals and have never been a coffee fan.

The problem with a lot of people is they underestimate the amount of food they can eat for breakfast. For example, you see people saying "I have a quarter cup of yogurt, half an apple and a quarter cup of granola" This is nonsense. You need more food than that to fuel yourself. Really. That doesn't mean eat ten pancakes slathered in butter, but a good sized bowl of bran flakes and some almond milk, with a little protein powder is fine.
